Your client desk✳
A home for your projects, scope, and every “one more thing.”
Your projects
More clients?
You’re our kind of person.
Pro is planned for people ready for a bigger client desk. Be first to hear when it’s ready, and tell us what would make it worth it. No payment or commitment.
You’re on the list. ✳
We’ll email you when Pro is ready. Thanks for helping shape what comes next.

What did you agree to?
New work gets its own request.
View original scope & project details
This records the scope you entered; it does not verify an earlier client agreement. Prices exclude any additional taxes or expenses. Schedule additions are estimates in calendar days.

Change requests
Only approved requests increase the agreed total.
Bring the conversation with you.
Find a client’s email, turn it into a request, and schedule time for your projects. These connections are optional. Nothing is sent automatically.
Gmail permission lets us read messages when you search or select one. Calendar permission lets us create events on calendars you own; we only add an event after your confirmation. Google may require test-user access during this beta.
Use the same Google account you signed in with. Disconnect removes our saved connection credentials; manage Google’s permissions in Google Account connections. How we handle your data
Review and send a client email
Pick “Email client” on a change request to prepare a draft here. Check the recipient and wording before sending from your connected Gmail account. Free beta: up to 50 send attempts per day.
Find an email from your client
Choose a project first. Search retrieves up to 10 recent messages from this address. Select only the text you want included in the request. Attachments are not imported.
Schedule project time
Schedule a work session, deadline, or follow-up for your selected project. No approval is needed. Events are private, with no client invitations. You can edit them in Google Calendar.
Scope is a conversation.
Now it has a paper trail.
Clients review the original scope, extra cost, and time impact. They approve or decline with their name and an optional note. The response is stored with a timestamp.
Review links do not verify identity. Treat the record as a lightweight acknowledgement, and use your normal contract and invoicing process.
